What to send
Provide the permit number, contractor information, inspection results, roofing documents, construction photos, and any written request from the department, buyer, or insurer. Include the target date.
Different inspection requests need different providers
A building-department inspection, a condition inspection for a sale, and an insurance report serve different purposes. We coordinate the records and appropriately qualified professionals needed for the request. We do not perform an official inspection or certify a roof through this website.
A finished roof still needs the right records
The authority and responsible professionals determine what evidence or access is needed for missed inspection stages. Photos or an affidavit are not automatically accepted as replacements for required inspection. Construction corrections and professional reports are separately scoped.
